This document will walk you through signing in as a Guest User.

Invitation and Account Sign In

1. First, you will need to find your email invitation. It will look similar to the screenshot below. Make sure this email is coming from the correct company. Click Accept invitation

2. Next, you will need to allow permission for the company (you are becoming a guest user at) to access information about you. Click Accept

3. Now you will be prompted to enter your password. This password is for your account. If you are already signed into your account this step can be skipped.

4. Lastly, you will be asked to provide more information. This will lead you into the next section to setup Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Click Next

5. Start by downloading the Microsoft Authenticator. Depending on your phone, this can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.

You can also set up a phone number to authenticate instead of the Microsoft authenticator app. This can be done by clicking I want to set up a different method. This walkthrough will not show this setup but feel free to use this method.  

For Microsoft Authenticator set up Click Next

6. You will be provided with some additional information. Click Next again

7. You will now see a QR code displayed on the screen. Ignore this for now and move on to the next step.

8. On your phone open the Microsoft Authenticator app. In the top right corner click the + icon.

9. Next screen click Work or School account.

10. Now click Scan QR code. You will then scan the QR code on your computer screen.

11. Once the QR code is scanned you will see your account listed within the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.  The screenshot shows how this will be listed. On your computer Click Next

12. You will now see a number listed on your computer and you will receive a notification on your phone. Using the phone notification enter the number listed on your computer. The pictures below show an example of this. Do not enter 95 as your code.

13. After this, you will see the following page. Click next and you have now completed the setup of your Guest User account.
